We don’t bill insurance since we’re out-of-network with all commercial insurance plans, Medicaid, and Medicare. We do accept cash, most major credit cards, as well as FSA and HSA payments. Patients will receive a superbill to submit to their insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider directly to discuss reimbursement options.
The initial fee is $400 for the first month, with subsequent monthly payments of $200. It includes:
-Metabolic/Body Composition Testing
-Monthly health coaching sessions
-Monthly medical visits
-Nutritional plans,
-Primary Care and/or Urgent Care Services
We require a 30-day notice of cancellation .
Kidney Stones: There is an increased risk of kidney stones with any significant weight loss. We recommend patients hydrate to mitigate these risks.
Gallbladder stones: Gallbladder stones may form with significant weight loss.
Yes, we customize the weight management plan to fit your specific needs. Additionally, we can use medications to help manage your appetite.
There is no medication requirement. However, if you consent, the physician can prescribe a safe appetite suppressant to promote weight loss.
This policy ensures appointment availability for all patients. The booking fee is credited toward your initial membership fees.
However, the booking fee is non-refundable if you miss your appointment or do not cancel at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time.

Direct Primary Care
It can be paid monthly, quarterly or annually.
- Same-day appointments
- After-hours access for medical emergencies
- Laceration repairs, trigger point injections, ear wax removal
- Various testing: glucose, strep, flu, UTI, and spirometry
- In-office blood draws, eliminating the need to visit any lab centers
- Body composition testing
- EKG testing at every physical and as needed
- Hearing, vision, and color vision testing
- IV fluids, antibiotics, and steroids for acute illnesses (small fee for the IV bag)
- Cardiorespiratory testing (Endorsed by the American Heart Association)
- Respiratory treatments: Oxygen therapy & albuterol nebulizer treatments
- Pap smears and vaginal exams
- Home visits, support, and visits during hospitalizations (10 miles radius)
- Direct access to Dr. Visconti.
- Discounted generic medications, lab testing and imaging testing
Yes, we recommend that patients obtain health insurance for hospitalizations. and expensive treatments.
Our membership model is well-suited for patients without insurance or those with high deductible health plans.
If you decide to cancel your membership with Healthy Heights, your annual fee will be prorated (please refer to our Patient Agreement)
